4. If you don't receive the account confirmation email:
• Wait at least 10 minutes.
• Check your spam or junk email folders.
• Make sure your email server allows receipt of emails from the following adresses or trusted domains:
o noreply@autodesk.com (for Autodesk account confirmation emails)
o studentcommunity@autodesk.com (if additional information is needed to confirm eligibility)
o no-reply@autodeskcommunications.com (for student invitations from educators emails)
• If you still haven't received the email, try to sign in again.
• Resend the activation email when prompted.
• If this still doesn't work, you may have made a typo when entering your email address. Try creating your
account again, and confirm your email address entry at sign-in.

5. Your account is verified. Visit the Autodesk website to proceed.

B. Confirm Your Eligibility:

1. Now, complete your profile by following the on-screen instructions to enter basic information about your school
and yourself.
2. When prompted to select your education role, choose one of the following:
• Choose Student to use the software on your personal device.
• Choose Educator if you plan to use this software with students. Later, when you confirm eligibility, you'll

deploy the software on behalf of your educational institution to multiple users or devices at your educational
institution.
C. Submit additional documentation

1. To access software and services under the Education plan, you must confirm your eligibility. As part of this

institution.

of days for your eligibility to be confirmed by SheerID, our third-party verification services provider.

Note: You can upload any of the asked documents. For example, we have uploaded the transcript.
