First, Activate the TalentCards plugin

1. Sign in to your eFront account as the main Administrator and go to Home >Plugins.

2. Locate TalentCards (1) and click the plugin symbol in the Operationscolumn to

install it. To save time, just type TalentCards in the search field (2).

3. Click the switch (3) in the Status column to activate the plugin.

Once activated, a shortcut to the TalentCards plugin (4) is added to your admin dashboard
(Home).

Then, Set up the TalentCards plugin

1. Sign in to your TalentCards account as Administrator and go to Users (1).

2. Locate the account Owner and click the respective edit symbol (2).

3. Go to the Advanced (3) tab and double-click your API key (4) to copy it to your

clipboard.

4. Return to eFront and click TalentCards.

5. Paste your TalentCards API key into the Configuration (5) field.

 6. Click Save (6) to finish the setup.

Your TalentCards plugin dashboard displays all the data imported from your TalentCards portal,
organized in three tabs: Sets, Users, and Groups (7)..

After that Synchronize your accounts

To begin syncing eFront and TalentCards, just click the refresh symbol (1) on your
TalentCards plugin dashboard.

Your data is now synchronized and properly displayed on your Sets, Users, and Groups tab

Steps for operate this application:

1. First do a network topology planning Configuring the IP Address on the Server Controller.
2. Second, configure the IP address for the server controller in accordance with network topology
provisions. Inform or Direct the AP Unifi to the Server Controller

3. The third step is to inform the server controller. Adopt AP Unifi on the Server Controller.

4. After being informed then the Uni AP will enter the server controller. First open the unifi
controller application on the server, then open the web browser and type the address https: // ip-
server-controller: 8443. Then log in using the username and password that was set during the
installation process.

5. After successfully logging in to adopt a unifi device, click on the Device menu (Unifi AP Icon),

then the unifi device will appear with the PENDING ADOPTION status and then click ADOPT.

 6. If successfully adopted, the device status changes to CONNECTED

7. The next step is to configure the SSID and password for wifi, click the Settings menu (Gear

icon)> Wireless Network> CREATE NEW WIRELESS NETWORK

8. In the CREATE NEW WIRELESS NETWORK box, enter information about wifi starting from

the SSID and Password.
