As communicated before via LMS announcement/emails, you have been registered to the
Cisco Programming Essentials in C++ course on the Cisco Netacad Platform through
your VU Official Student Email ID. Kindly check your VU Official Student Email
ID for an email from the Networking Academy team. If you have not received an
email from the networking academy team yet, kindly contact at
netacadsupport@vu.edu.pk .

Besides other potential/professional benefits of this course completion, you will get
marks against your final Assignment #02 of the course (CS201 - Introduction to
Programming)

In this assignment, you just need to complete the above mentioned course on Cisco
Netacad Platform. After fulfilling its necessary formalities, you will get course
completion certificate which you need to upload as your solution to Assignment # 02.

Please note that it is mandatory to submit the Cisco course completion certificate as a
assignment#2 of your course otherwise you will be awarded zero marks in the
assignment.

The deadline for assignment#2 is July 21st, 2023. Please start now if not already done
and make sure to obtain the Cisco course completion certificate so that you can submit it
as solution to the assignment#2 on LMS before the deadline.

Please refer to the following information for specific details on obtaining your Cisco
course completion certificate through your Netacad account. It is important to carefully
review these guidelines to ensure that you fulfill all the necessary requirements for
successful completion of this assignment.

Cisco course completion requirements:

To obtain your Cisco course completion certificate for the Programming Essentials in C++
course, please follow the guidelines outlined below:

a) Attempting Course Activities (Optional)

Ensure to complete all the required modules, chapters, and assessments of the
Programming Essentials in C++ course.

b) Course Feedback

Please note that the final exam for the Programming Essentials in C++ course can only be
attempted after completing the course feedback, as your feedback is valuable in shaping
the course and improving the learning experience.

c) Final Exam

To successfully pass the Part-1 Summary Test (Obtain 70% marks to clear this exam),
Part-2 Summary Test (Obtain 70% marks to clear this exam), and final exam (Obtain
70% marks to clear this exam) for the Programming Essentials in C++ course. The exam
assesses your understanding of the key concepts and topics covered throughout the
course. Prepare adequately by reviewing the course materials.

d) Certificate Request

Once you have fulfilled all the course requirements, navigate to your Netacad account
homepage, and at the bottom of your class name, you will find a star symbol mentioning
the certificate. Click on the star icon to download your course completion certificate. The
generation of certificates might take some time.

Submission and Deadlines

Students are required to complete the Cisco Programming Essentials in C++ course and submit
the course completion certificate as the solution to assignment#2 of CS201 by July 21st, 2023.

Note

 A reference manual has already been uploaded in the download section of your CS201:
Introduction to Programming course on LMS. The reference manual will guide you on
how to attempt the Cisco Programming Essentials in C++ course exams and get the course
completion certificate.

 Your assignment#2 of the CS201: Introduction to Programming course will only be marked
after verification of the uploaded certificate by the Netacad instructors.

 Students who fail to complete the Cisco Programming Essentials in C++ course, will get no
marks in assignment#2 of the course.
