Dropping of M1 for Lui Kwun Hei Kelvin

This letter serves to help my son, Lui Kwun Hei Kelvin Class 5D (19), formally
apply for dropping the M1 subject, one of his three elective subjects alongside
Biology and Chemistry. After discussing with Kelvin's subject teachers, we think
that it would be most beneficial for Kelvin to spare time from one of his elective
subject and focus more on the remaining subjects. Since Kelvin is relatively weak
at M1, we decided to help him drop it as a result.
