DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I/We, ENELYN D. BALADJAY c/o JANICE BALADJAY of legal age, Filipino, and a
resident of and with postal address at San Rafael, Bulacan, Philippines, for and in consideration of the
sum of SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND (Php650,000.00) Philippine Currency, receipt of which her
in full is hereby these acknowledged from REYNALDO M. GARCIA, of legal age, Filipino, married,
and resident and with a postal address at San Rafael, Bulacan, Philippines do hereby sell, cede, transfer
and convey by way of Absolute Sale unto and in favor of said REYNALDO M. GARCIA, his/her, heirs,
assigns, executors and administrators, which is more particularly described as follows:

Phase 2-B
Subdivision Teresa Homes Subd.
Location San Rafael Bulacan

That the VENDOR is the absolute owner of the above-mentioned property which ownership shall
be transferred to the VENDEE the moment of the execution of this instrument, free from all liens and
encumbrances. That the provision of the Land Reform on Pre-emption and Redemption have been
observed with in the execution of this Deed.
That the VENDOR hereby acknowledge the receipt of the amount of SIX HUNDRED FIFTY
THOUSAND (Php650,000.00) from the VENDEE representing full payment of the subject property.
