Niagara Hulo Mandaluyong City was examined in this clinic on July 01, 2022.

DIAGNOSIS:

Inevitable miscarriage.

REMARKS:

No fetus was ever confirmed or visualized.

Had a miscarriage of a 9 weeks embryo that was delivered with no sign of life. The miscarriage was not the
result of the purposeful termination of a pregnancy

The bleeding is extremely severe so the patient is supposed to take rest for a minimum span of 2 weeks to
avoid further health issues
