AGREEMENT
This letter serves as a formal agreement between the Pulong Buli Elementary School
and Mrs. Gertie L. Villamor as the guardian of Mark Angelo L. Villamor. This is related to
his academic standing for the school year 2021-2022.

The grades of the learner in all learning areas will be marked as “PASSED” and will
be admitted to the same school for the next school year if:

1. He shows academic progress and development starting June 1, 2022 until the day
prior to the enrollment for the succeeding school year;
2. He passes the assessment that will be conducted by the school prior to the
enrollment and admission for the next grade level.

Any requisite not met by the concerned learner will make him not able to be
admitted to the school. If in case this happened, his guardian may opt for him to transfer to
another school.
