Responsibilities.

Develop production schedules and plans in alignment with sales forecasts and inventory requirements.
Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Sales teams to ensure a seamless flow of materials and finished
goods.

Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure the highest quality standards of
finished products. Proactively identify and resolve any production-related issues that may impact
product quality.

Continuously evaluate production processes to identify opportunities for improvement, cost


optimization, and enhanced productivity. Introduce and oversee process changes to drive efficiency and
reduce waste.

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the production team.
Conduct regular safety training sessions and enforce safety guidelines.

Effectively allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and raw materials, to meet production targets
and optimize utilization. Monitor and control production costs within budgetary constraints.

Lead, motivate, and mentor the production team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work
environment. Identify training needs and provide development opportunities to enhance team
members' skills.

Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the proper maintenance and calibration of production
equipment. Address any equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance with relevant food safety and
manufacturing standards.

Generate regular production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics. Analyze data to identify trends,
potential bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Requirement

Qualifications: Diploma/Certifications in Culinary or bachelor’s degree in food science, Engineering,


Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience: Proven 10 Years of experience in production management within the confectionery or food
manufacturing industry.

 In-depth knowledge of confectionery production processes, including mixing, molding, enrobing,


and packaging.
 Strong understanding of quality control principles, GMPs, and HACCP standards.
 Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a positive work culture.
 Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
 Proficiency in using production management software and MS Office applications.
 Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
