Production Manager
Develop production schedules and plans in alignment with sales forecasts and inventory requirements.
Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Sales teams to ensure a seamless flow of materials and finished
goods.
Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure the highest quality standards of
finished products. Proactively identify and resolve any production-related issues that may impact
product quality.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the production team.
Conduct regular safety training sessions and enforce safety guidelines.
Effectively allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and raw materials, to meet production targets
and optimize utilization. Monitor and control production costs within budgetary constraints.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the production team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work
environment. Identify training needs and provide development opportunities to enhance team
members' skills.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the proper maintenance and calibration of production
equipment. Address any equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance with relevant food safety and
manufacturing standards.
Generate regular production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics. Analyze data to identify trends,
potential bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Requirement
Experience: Proven 10 Years of experience in production management within the confectionery or food
manufacturing industry.
