Job Summary

Managing staff, arranging schedules and budgets, establishing goals and guidelines, liaising with external
parties such as vendors and suppliers, and monitoring the progress of operations, resolving issues should
any arise.

Principal Responsibilities

 Responsible for all Maintenance and operation issues of mechanical, electrical, electronic
power generation, power distribution, boiler, water management and all related to
engineering aspects i.e., project modifications and installation.
 Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision,
strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
 Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative
maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to
deliver effectively.
 Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery, plant, and equipment from
drawing up the specification, to managing suppliers through to full installation in
collaboration with all relevant parties
 Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift and small projects
to the right skills in the team, planning and managing effective works.
 Monitoring the performance of service providers such as contractors or utility companies
to ensure that services are being delivered satisfactorily
 Managing and developing plans, schedules, and periodic maintenance programs for the
plants in coordination with the production department and other departments in the
company.
 Ensure that all the Utilities and HVAC systems on site is complying with the MOH
requirements and al the regional engineering standers.
 Manage the contractors and the consultants during any project or upgrade starting from
the tendering phase until the testing and commissioning phase.
 Prepare the HVAC improvement, and optimization plan based on the site needs and the
equipment failures trend.
 Responsible for performing all the preventive and corrective maintenance for the HVAC
and Utilities equipment at the site including the sterile area.

 Must possess good leadership skills

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master in the  Have good communication skills
