The timeline set out in Ms Furtula’s letter of August 15th is acceptable. The
Court will cancel the August 28, 2023 conference.

In addition to the issue of the proposed amended pleading, the Court also
requests brief written submissions on any recent judicial decisions, in British
Columbia or otherwise, that may affect the earlier submissions of the parties or
the issues before the Court.

Those submissions and cases may be provided on the August 15 th timeline or

an alternative timeline agreed upon by the parties.
