Order of Payment (OP) which shall be used in paying online must be properly coordinated with and issued by the PEZA examiner. 2. Alter the issuance of the OP by the PEZA examiner, the payor/processor must access the EPCS client portal to check and confirm the contents of the Order of Payment. For successful payment, an email will be sent to the payor, The payment details including the Payment Number shall serve as proof of payment and be generated from the system. 4, The payment transaction may at times FAIL due to any of the reasons as may be cited herein (e., Offline Bank/Merchant, Verification Failure, Insufficient Balance, Connectivity problems, etc.) a. When the payment attempt fails, the OP status is considered and locked as PENDING. In this case, the payor can no longer make another attempt to pay for the issued OP. b. If failure is confirmed by the PEZA OP issuer, the said personnel may issue anew OP with the same content with that of the first failed attempt then may advise the payor to pay through a different payment channel, if necessary, to avoid another failure Please note that the above cited transaction issues or errors occur at the merchant of facility's payment channel whereupon PEZA does not have the capability to resolve the said concerns. However, these shall be properly elevated to the service provider for prompt and immediate resolution. Nonetheless, the payor may directly contact MYEG to address their current issues/ concerns.
