2. A behavioural-based training must be given to all facility deployed security guards to avoid the reoccurrence for such
incidents.

Incident Details:

At 20:20 hours, Mr ABC (Technician) along with Mr (XYZ) and (YZX), came to the facility
for the earth hour shutdown following Client/Contractor external communication document reference No:
Def:123456 etc. When Contractor’s team arrived at the (Facility/project name), they were asked to sign in the visitor’s
Logbook. After signing in to the logbook, Mr (GHI) informed to the on-duty security guard about the Energy/power-
Hour shutdown as per Client/Contractor external communication and showed him the communication from his cell-
badly pushed them from the store with his body force using his hands by uttering rustic and so on……………
