RANGE 250 PLATE - PHASE OUT 16

New range DPX³ 250 HP / MEGATIKER M3 250 is going to replace range DPX 250 / M250

NEW
OLD

REMARKS
The phase out of old 250 plate range is expected for beginning of 2024.
In order to simplify the switch old/new on existing installations, retrofit kits are available for the most
common installative versions.
Nevertheless, because of some configurations, like PLUG-IN/DRAW-OUT/CHANGEOVER, cannot be
retrofitted, a maintenance and emergency local stock must be anyway expected before the factory
stops the production. By the way, SBU will provide specific communication in time, so that each subsidiary
can evaluate the needs for following years and arrange an emergency local stock accordingly.

CASE 1

Both breakers A and B detect the fault.

NEW Breaker A receives a signal from bottom breaker B and

Breaker B doesn’t receive signals from any other
downstream breakers so it trips istantaneously, setting
zero the delay «tsd».
