PolyUrethane Waterproofing Coating QTY

Providing and applying ShaliUrethane LHM manufactured by M/s STP Limited single
component liquid elastomeric Waterproofing System in two coats. Entire surface to be
treated should be primed using ShaliPrime PUM manufactured by M/s STP Limited @
200gm/sqm using brush or airless spray. Allow ShaliPrime PUM to touch dry. Once Primer
is touch dry Apply ShaliUrethane LHM using brush/roller /airless spray. ShaliUrethane
LHM should be mixed properly prior to application using slow speed mixture 400-500RPM
BOQ Item fitted with a suitable mixing paddle to ensure homogeneous mix. After stirring wait for SQMT
product to settle to allow entrapped air to escape. Now apply ShaliUrethane LHM in two
coats to form a cured elatsic membrane of 1.5 mm with consumption of ShaliUrethane
LHM of 2.4 kg/sqm in total. For Vertical surface, apply 1.6 kg/sqmt of ShaliUrethane LHM
for 1 mm thickness. Subsequent coats to be applied after initial coat is touch dry. Touch
dry time is 8 hours min. Final Curing time of 36 hours should be given before initiating
protection work. Place a geotextile of min. 150gm/sqm as a separation layer before
protection screed. Vertical treatment to be terminated at min. 300mm or if the height of
parapet is 450mm the treatment should be taken over it.
