E-voucher Booking Policy


1.This is a Beyoung Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted on the website at www.beyoung.in
2.The person who has the Instant Gift Voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3.Only valid Instant Gift Vouchers at the sole discretion of Beyoung shall be accepted for redemption.
4.Multiple vouchers can be used against one bill.
5.Partial redemption is allowed but no refund or credit note would be issued against an unused or partially used Instant Gift
Voucher. Any unused amount shall remain as EPay balance which can be utilized till the balance gets exhausted or expires.
6.Instant Gift Voucher CANNOT be revalidated once expired and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
7.Beyoung or its affiliates are not responsible on account of the beneficiary sharing the Instant Gift Voucher number and the
voucher getting redeemed on that account.
8.Beyoung makes full efforts to accept Insta Gift Codes (GV) but on account of any technical / administrative reasons may
refuse to accept the same.
9.If an Instant Gift Voucher gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get activated in 72 hours.
10.Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the Instant Gift Voucher has been received, decision of the
company shall be final.
11.For any queries / issues related to GV / GC, raise a request at www.gvhelpdesk.com.

E-voucher purchase done through SBI Rewardz website cannot be cancelled.
E-vouchers featured will carry a validity period, post which these e-vouchers will not be honoured by Partner
Merchants issuing the vouchers.
E-voucher offered for purchase is at the sole discretion of SBI Rewardz and is liable to change without prior notice.
In the event of any dispute between SBI Rewardz and the member on the e-voucher ordered, the decision of SBI
Rewardz shall be deemed as final and binding.
All e-voucher purchase requests will be fulfilled within 2 working days unless the delay is due to conditions beyond
the control of SBI Rewardz.
In case of any issues while utilising the voucher, request you to kindly contact Brand on the number mentioned under
the booking policy regarding the same.

SBI Rewardz is responsible for the amount mentioned for purchase of each e-voucher.
The e-voucher displayed is subject to availability. SBI Rewardz reserves the right to substitute the e-voucher with
another e-voucher or product of a similar specification of the same or better quality if the existing e-voucher
displayed is not available for any reason. SBI Rewardz shall endeavour to inform the member of any substitutions
when he/she places the order.
The e-vouchers will be governed by warranties, terms and conditions of respective manufacturer, brands, or supplier.
SBI Rewardz would not be held responsible for a defects or deficiency in service or any other aspect on which SBI
Rewardz does not have any direct control.
SBI Rewardz holds the responsibility to deliver the e-voucher. In case the e-voucher received does not match the
specifications, please call the SBI Rewardz Customer Care at 1800-209-8500 to report the same within 3 business
days from the day of receipt of the same.
