Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,

2015 and in furtherance to the disclosure dated August 12, 2023, we hereby inform you that the Hon'ble
Supreme Court, has pronounced an order on August 14, 2023 (received by us on August 16, 2023), in
relation to the matter of levy of Service Tax amounting Rs. 80.03 Crore against the order passed by the
Service Tax Department, wherein demand amounting Rs. 51.24 Crore (out of total amount of
Rs. 80.03 Crore) has been set aside by the Supreme Court on the ground that classification mentioned
in the show cause notice viz.” management, maintenance and repair services” is erroneous.

We are giving details of the development in relation to the proceedings, as required under Regulation
30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI
Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 in Annexure A.
