lico is indeed black-coded, but I think it's fine to color-pick his skin tone
directly from his o!cial art if you're not sure exactly what color to use!
if you do decide you want to color him explicitly black, then any black
skintone works really; there's not really any cultural di"erence amongst
the many depths of color that black skintones can have
