The R&R Leave is inclusive of annual leave entitlement, any holidays that may fall. The total travel time for each R&R leave is 04 days. Termination of Employment. Employee's employment hereunder shall automatically terminate upon (i) his death; (ii) Employee voluntarily leaving the employ of the Company; (iii) at the Company's sole discretion, upon 15 days prior written notice to Employee if the Company terminates his employment hereunder without "cause;" (iv) at the Company's sole discretion, upon 2 days prior written notice to Employee if the Company terminates his employment. Medical leave: Executive shall be entitled to sick leave and emergency leave according to the regular policy of Company. Additional sick leave or emergency leave over and above paid leave provided by the Company, if any, shall be unpaid and shall be granted at the discretion of the board of directors. The Employer shall provide to the Employee free return air ticket after every two years to return to his home country on termination of CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT or for any cause whatsoever. Benefits and Insurance The Executive shall, in accordance with Company policy and the terms of the applicable plan documents, be eligible to participate in benefits under any benefit plan or arrangement that may be in effect from time to time and made available to similarly situated Company's executives (including, but not limited to, being named as an officer for purposes of the Company's Directors & Officers insurance policy) Up to $150000. Probationary Period: The probationary period is three months (90) days after joining the Company.
