Price action chronicles feb 07 , 2023 notes

•We only look for one of two things , if it is going
higher it is going to go above singular/swing high or
relative equal highs because above is BSL or if it is
gonna go lower,it is gonna go down below the
singular/swing low or relative equal lows because
below those low is SSL

•50 % of FVG / Imbalance is consequent

encroachment
•50 % of orderblock is mean threshold
•SIBI - sellside imbalance buyside inefficiency ( price
rebalance higher to deliver lower)
•BISI - buyside imbalance sellside inefficiency ( price
rebalance lower to deliver higher )

•Sunday open and Friday close that is new week

opening gap, if market is consolidation or not trending
price will gravitate back to week opening gap, it will act
as a real support and resistance , sometimes price will
go 50% , sometimes price will completely go through
•High probability for shorts means some measure of
buyside has been taken , then we wait for
displacement to take out the short term low then we
look for FVG to enter ( vice versa for long ) 2022
Model

•Use fib in the leg which price took out liquidity and
brokes structure down
•Anything above 50% is premium & anything below is
discount
•As soon as price went at or above 50% we look for
shorts

•High probability of shorts are exhausted when price

went below 50% of discount area ( no more
pyramiding positions only manage taken positions).

•If you have many FVGs , which one do you look to

trade ?
1) orderblock ( with FVG )
2) volume imbalance or FVG in otherside

SL above the high or mean threshold of the orderblock

•If there is no volume imbalance or FVG on otherside
will use 1st FVG in premium
•Another version , use fib in leg which run up liquidity
before market structure break ( 50% ) FVG

•Volume Imbalance - Glitch in the matrix

•ICT eyes instantly look for FVG , Volume imbalance ,
highs & lows
•A wick is a gap too for algorithm

•Risk on : $ DOWN / S&P UP

•Risk off : $ UP / S&P DOWM

•Anticipation of choppy AM session : when price took

out the Liquidity before 9.30 open thats a warning for a
choppy AM session

•High resistance liquidity run is low probability target

•Low resistance liquidity run is high probability target

In other words ,
• Price have a difficult time to take out the HRLR
• Price have a easy time to take out LRLR
NY LUNCH MACRO,
• lunch hour could be a continuation, reversal or
consolidation it doesn't matter which one of those
conditions are there gonna be a move between 10.50
to 11.10 , what is like to occur is where liquidity is
haven't taken , price will take out that

•It will happen regardless of it is a consolidation ,

reversal or continuation day

•Market gonna do three things

1 ) consolidate
2 ) go higher
3 ) go lower
That's the only things gonna happen

•Most important element ' TIME '

•There are 3 specific macros between 3 to 4 Last hour
of trading
•Not everyday it's gonna offer , usually 2 but always 1
, ICT going to teach those macros this year
