REPLACEMENT TIME LIMITS

1. General

Maintenance Manual shall be used as Instructions for Continued Airworthiness to perform maintenance on an aircraft.
A. Certification for 14 CFR 23.571 and 23.572 requires the pressurized cabin, wing, and empennage be
of a fail-safe or safe life design. If the safe life approach is chosen, life limits must be established on
those parts so designated prior to obtaining certification. Since the Model 525 design is fail-safe, a
safe life (or life limit) need not be, and has not been, established for any of the affected parts.

2. Replacement Schedule
A. Air Conditioning (Chapter 21)
(1) Compressor Drive Motor Brushes (Compressor Motors 1134104-1, -5) - Replace every 500
compressor hours.

NOTE: Refer to the Enviro Systems Inc. Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) 21-00-05.
B. Landing Gear (Chapter 32)
(1) Nose Landing Gear

NOTE: Attaching hardware (bolts, bearings, bushings, trunnion pins, and trunnion/link pin
related to the installation of the components given below) is replaced whenever the
related component is replaced. Refer to the applicable section in Chapter 32 for
more information.

(a) Nose Landing Gear Strut Assembly (Part Number 6342000-11, -13, -17, -19, -21, -23, -26,
-31, -34, -37, -40, -43, -45), except the fork and piston assembly - Replace every 22,500
landings
(b) Fork and Piston Assembly (Part Number 6342000-3, -32, -39, -44) - Replace every 12,500
landings
(c) Actuator (Part Number 9912370-2, -3, -4) - Replace every 22,500 landings
(d) Actuator (Part Number 9912370-5) - Replace every 7,500 landings
(2) Main Landing Gear

NOTE: Attaching hardware (bolts, bearings, bushings, trunnion pins, and trunnion/link pin
related to the installation of the components given below) is replaced whenever the
related component is replaced. Refer to the applicable section in Chapter 32 for
more information.

(a) Left Trailing Link and Axle Assembly (Part Number 6341002-1, -7, -9, -13, -15, -17, 19,
-21, -23, -25, -27)
1 Airplanes -0001 thru -0359 - Replace every 28,300 landings
2 Airplanes -0360 thru -0599 - Replace every 23,400 landings
3 Airplanes -0600 and On - Replace every 21,100 landings
(b) Right Trailing Link and Axle Assembly (Part Number 6341002-2, -8, -10, -12, -16, -18, 20,
-22, -24, -26, -28)
1 Airplanes -0001 thru -0359 - Replace every 28,300 landings
2 Airplanes -0360 thru -0599 - Replace every 23,400 landings
3 Airplanes -0600 and On - Replace every 21,100 landings
(c) Left Trunnion Assembly (Part Number 6341007-1, -3, -5, -7, -9, -11, -13, -15, DDA04018-1)
1 Airplanes -0001 thru -0107, Not Incorporating SB525-32-16 - Replace every 3000
landings

to the installation of the components given below) is replaced whenever the related
component is replaced. Refer to the applicable section in Chapter 32 for more information.

(1) Left Trunnion Support Fitting (Part Number 5513056-5, -7 or 6390037-13) - Replace every
22,500 landings
(2) Right Trunnion Support Fitting (Part Number 5513056-6, -8 or 6390037-14) - Replace every
22,500 landings
(3) Actuator Support Fitting (Part Number 6511105-1, 6390037-15) - Replace every 22,500 landings
D. Wing (Chapter 57)

NOTE: Attaching hardware (bolts, bearings, bushings, trunnion pins, and trunnion/link pin related
to the installation of the components given below) is replaced whenever the related
component is replaced. Refer to the applicable section in Chapter 32 for more information.
