No refund applies in the ev ent of closure of participating locations for public holiday s or unforeseen ev ents, or free entrance day s.
No refund applies for un-used tick ets.
The Jordan Pass is v alid for use within 12 months following date of purchase. Once activ ated it will expire within 2 week s.
Opening times of participating Locations fluctuate from time to time and users of information on this website are adv ised to check with the Location concerned
prior to v isiting in order to ascertain the opening times.
Buy ing the Jordan pass after arriv al to Jordan does not allow the pass holder to benefit from the entry v isa discounts and tax exemptions.
This pass is for personal use and is not transferable. A ny misuse will subject the pass holder to legal liabilities.
