Re: HUMBLE REQUEST FOR EXTRA-SPEEDY RELEASE OF

OMBUDSMAN CLEARANCE (Eight Original Copies)

Dear Sir/Madam:

Greetings of integrity!

I would like to humbly request unto your good Office for the extra-speedy
release of my ombudsman clearance (eight original copies) preferably on or before
February 5, 2023 because I would be using the clearances as attachments to my
application for judgeship position in the regular courts of Eastern Samar. I beg the
indulgence of your good office to grant this request as the Judicial and Bar Council
has laid down very strict requirements as to time and date of filing of applications.
The JBC will not accept late submission of requirements and the Ombudsman
clearance is an essential part of the same.

This request is filed not to facilitate any undue partiality for the undersigned
amongst other applicants but solely for urgent and valid reasons as mentioned.
Attached herewith are my application requirements for the Ombudsman Clearance.
