Net Metering
MAT Energy will assist its customer to procure Net metering facility through its AEDB License, in
no circumstances shall MAT Energy be held liable on any account if the said approval is not
Other Customer responsibilities for Net Metering include: Meter Name change, Sanction load change.
Net Metering process time: 3 months but it may vary as per DISCO/NEPRA approvals.
Net Metering charges are not included in Offer.
NEPRA Demand Notice payment
1000/- Per kw NEPRA Generation License Fee for system size greater than 20 kw Systems
Meter changing charges is in customer scope.
Net Metering application will be submitted only after complete payment of the installed system

Force Majeure
MAT Energyis not responsible for cost of repair of system if failure is caused by force majeure
including but not limited to inclement weather, theft, government regulation, fire, political
actions, terrorism and war.

Note:
Smart Energy Meter can be installed at additional cost and will be charged as per actual. Benefits of Smart Energy Meter
include:
System to be turned on before K-Electric bidirectional meter installation
Additional data visibility on consumption and export

5 kw Grid Tied Hybrid PV Solar system consisting of Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning.

Scope of work

Design
• Detailed Site Survey
• Project Designing

Installation

• Setting up the roof access and the mobilization of Modules & Equipment
• Module and inverter installation
• Grid Termination
• System testing and commissioning
• Clearing of access and remaining material
• Acquiring NEPRA Generation License
• Installation of Bidirectional meter

Assumptions

• Our Quotation is based on information gathered at the site survey.

• Length of DC, AC and Earthing Cables, cable Tray could be changed according to routing of
cables and will be charged as per actual.

Exclusions

• Any Civil work for the setup of Inverter room.

• Wi-Fi Router or Any Provision of Internet Connectivity.
• Any re-decoration work following the installation.
• Any other work not explicitly included above.

Client Obligations

To ensure completion of following before starting work of installation and commissioning:

• Provision of neat and clean roof.
• Arrangement of temporary storage area for solar equipment and accessories.
• Room for Inverters, Main Distribution Box & any other related civil / Mechanical work.
• All the necessary approval, clearance, and requisites to carry out the scope of work.
• Availability of Wifi connectivity at the installation Location
