Government’s push and corona’s situations played an important role in
india’s Digital Recolution. Currently, India has a complex regulatory
landscape for fintech companies, with RBI regulating and managing NBFCs
directly or indirectly. However, while RBI is in process of consulting the
stakeholders, certain companies have raised the concern over regulated
environment by the RBI and/or SEBI w.r.t. Investments and regiustrations.
Write a paper to analyse the impact of FinTechs, and possible challenges
that can emerge while its implementations. Write suitable policy
recommendations to curb the menance while maintaining adequate
operational space and stakeholder goodwill.

With the Digital India Bill and Data Protection (amendment) bill, around
the corner, the issue around protection and data and its peripheral
concerns become a central issue. Recently, 5 servers of AIIMS were hacked
and in another case in Tamil nadu, data of patients were found being sold
online. International cybercrime, lack of awareness and lack of digital
infrastructure are among the few reasons behind it. Protection of data of
patients is not only crucial for their privacy, but also crucial for their trust in
the administrative system. Write a paper to analyse the importance of
protections of data of patients, related challenges, a way forward with
recommendations to bring up suitable policy changes to curb this
menance.
Problem Statement:
The problem at hand is to assess the current state of data protection and
privacy practices within the Indian healthcare sector and identify key
challenges faced by stakeholders. The primary goal is to ensure the
security and condentiality of sensitive health data while allowing for its
responsible and innovative use to enhance patient outcomes and
healthcare services.

Identify the flaws in recently tabled Data Protection Bill and possible
solutions to the flaws as well
