Description
Suma Multi D2 is a concentrated all purpose detergent for cleaning of hard
surfaces in food premises, including floors, walls, doors, ceilings and
general equipment.

Suma Multi D2 is a mild alkaline liquid detergent suitable for manual

cleaning of all surfaces in the kitchen. It is an optimal blend of anionic,
nonionic surfactants and alkali, which makes it effective for removal of
grease and dried-on food. The sequestrant in the formulation makes it
suitable for all water conditions and does support cleaning performance.

Conforms to SABS 1828 “Cleaning Chemicals for use in the food

industry”.

Instructions for use

Spray cleaning:
1. Use at a concentration of 20 ml to 750 ml of water into a spray
bottle.
2. Spray surface with solution and clean with damp cloth.
3. Rinse food contact surfaces with clean water and allow to air dry.
D2 All Purpose Cleaner
General cleaning:
1. Use at a concentration of 5-20 ml/L (0.5-2.0%) of hand warm water.
2. Clean surfaces using cloth, brush or mop system.
3. Rinse food contact surfaces with clean water and allow to air dry.

Floor cleaning:
1. Dilute product 10-20 ml/L (1.0-2.0%) in hot water.
2. Apply solution with mop.
3. Remove dirt with the mop.
4. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry.

Safety Precautions
Essentially non-hazardous.

In case of contact with eyes wash immediately with copious amounts of water and obtain medical
attention. In case of inhalation remove from source of exposure. Obtain medical attention if symptoms
develop. In case of ingestion remove material from mouth. Drink 1 or 2 glasses of water (or milk). If
large amounts swallowed or symptoms develop obtain medical attention.
