Оbesity is becoming an increasing problem in society. Do you think this problem
can be solved? (junk food, education, sport )

There are many factors to consider when deciding if modern society can overcome
the problem of obesity. It is doubted that people can stop eating fast food and start
leading healthy lifestyle.

Firstly, junk food has become extremely popular as it saves people’s time and can
be cheaper to buy than usual products. If only people knew its damage and harmful
ingredients that it contains they would stop buying it.

Secondly, the danger of obesity and ways to prevent it should be taught at school.
The rules of healthy diet and cooking need to be included into school’s schedule
among compulsory subjects.

Not only healthy diet has to become people’s lifestyle but also sport, especially for
young generation. If teenagers didn’t use gadgets and stayed at home most of their
free time, they would spend it outdoors doing sport or walking around with friends.

In conclusion, there are still a lot of things to be done to solve the problem of
obesity. Fortunately, healthy diet and sport are becoming modern trend among
young generation. Consequently, there is hope that in future society will not suffer
from obesity.
