Dear Annelyse,

Receive a cordial greeting: by this means: our National Federation wishes to invite the following team to
the Panama Tour: MG.K VIS COLORS FOR PEACE: this team is from Italy, with a CONTINENTAL
category.

That is why we request your consideration intending the team to have this stage race in Panama since
they have two Panama cyclists on their roster: Carlos Ariel SAMUDIO CARRERA: and Roberto
GONZÁLEZ.

The Tour of Panama is part of the national calendar and has the endorsement of this institution. That is
why we request the consideration of the UCI so that this team can participate.
