Instructor Verification Statement

As required, for the EFR Instructor Update Online, I verify that I have completed the following:

1. Renewed for the current year my EFRI credential.

2. Watched the EFR Primary and Secondary Care, Care for Children and CPR&AED
videos – can be viewed using eLearning or videos (if available in a language that I
understand).
3. Reviewed the EFR Standards Updates (1Q2013 – 4Q2022) document for the years my
EFR Instructor membership lapsed.
4. View the current EFR Instructor Update Online Webinar.
5. Purchased a personal copy of the most current EFR Instructor and Participant materials
before teaching EFR courses*
6. Submit my completed EFR Instructor Membership Renewal form as well as this
completed Instructor Verification Statement document to my RTC. I have also asked my
RTC any questions I may have, after completing the EFR Instructor Update Online.
