DO THE RIGHT THING

The Business Practices Vision is that “All actions taken in the name of Houston Methodist are consistent
with strong moral values, high ethical standards, and the law.” That may seem like a lofty goal, but it all
starts with you! If every Houston Methodist employee commits to doing the right thing by taking personal

Once you’ve renewed your commitment to “Do the Right Thing,” take it one step further. At Houston
Methodist, we’re not only responsible for ourselves—we’re also responsible for each other. If you see
signs that our organization isn’t living up to the expectations set by policy or the law, bring the situation to
the attention of someone who can help:
