an organization chart and two lines of authority in an organization.
There are many different types of management structures that can
be put in place. Top management who specialize in finance and
marketing, middle management who develop department goals and
policies with organizational goals and operating management who
put these plans into action and are the link between higher levels of
management to other workers____

(ii) In a paragraph, discuss three barriers of communication and

two types of customers that visit the office.
There are three major barriers to communication with customers,
Physical barriers such as competing sounds or tiredness, emotions
which lead to irrationality and poor judgement and inattention
which makes it difficult to concentrate solely on communication as
people tend to be selective to avoid information overload. There are
customers who walk in and those with an appointment.
