WOGE2023
Introduction
World Oil and Gas Equipment Exhibition (WOGE), Organized
by Innovation Exhibitions, got support from our partners,
such as, China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export
of Machinery and Electronic Products(CCCME), Petroleum
Chamber of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce,
Hainan Oil, Gas and Chemical Industry Association and
REDSAIL MICE. WOGE 2023 will be held at Hainan International
Convention and Exhibition Center, located at Haikou city, on 26-
28 October 2023 and welcome to be part of us.
 History
WOGE, formerly known as Oil and Gas Meet The Buyers (OGMTB), has been successfully held in Oman, Iran,
Russia and China for 7 years.

Location
Hainan Free Trade Port
With an area of 34,000 square kilometers, Hainan Free Trade Port will be
the largest of its kind in the world after it is fully established by 2025. It is to
benchmark the highest level of opening-up of China and shall be one of the
most open regions in the world when its reform and opening measures are well
in place.
From May 1st, 2018, individuals with ordinary passports from 59 countries, for
example, The United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea,
Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei,
United Arab Emirates, Qatar, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Norway, Italy,
Spain, Greece, Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Brazil and Mexico, are
Hainan
eligible for visa-free entry to Hainan and can stay in the province for up to 30
days.
The oil and gas industry in Hainan has formed an industrial chain integrating
exploration, development, processing, storage, logistics and sales. By 2025,
the output value of new petrochemical materials in Hainan will reach 28.6
billion USD. Hainan has Yangpu, Dongfang and other deep-water ports, with
34 berths for 10,000-ton ships. The South China Sea, in south of Hainan, has
huge potential for oil and gas exploration and development. The northern part
of the South China Sea alone contains 10.6 billion tons of oil and 17 trillion
cubic meters of natural gas.

World Oil and Gas Conference (WOGC) is a professional platform for
multinational oil companies to introduce the latest industry development,
technology  innovation  and  project  procurement.  Meanwhile,  It  is  also  an

On 27-28 October 2023, the 2nd World Oil and Gas Conference (WOGC2023)
will be held in the Reception Hall of Hainan International Convention and
