Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for company’s regulation training to new staff.
2. To assist the director to strengthen the supervision, inspection and
implementation of the tasks.
3. Formulate the company's administrative budget and arrange the procurement
and distribution of office supplies;
4. Management of public relations, meetings and receptions.
5. Responsible for publicity and construction of corporate culture.
6. Responsible for the attendance management.
7. Team building.
8. Other affairs arranged by the director.
Requirements :
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in executive administration.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
Good communication and writing skills with English and spoken Mandarin.
Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree or above
