 Introduction

World Oil and Gas Conference (WOGC) is a professional platform for multinational oil companies
to introduce the latest industry development, technology innovation and project procurement.
Meanwhile, It is also an important channel for people from petroleum industry to get in touch with
executives of oil giants, explore cooperation opportunities, understand the latest trends of the
industry and learn solutions to future challenge.

On 27-28 October 2023, the 2nd World Oil and Gas Conference (WOGC2023) will be held in
the Reception Hall of Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center. More than 100
senior experts from 25 universities and 33 cities around the world, as well as more than 1,000
industry participants will attend this conference. Besides the topic related to the development and
procurement of projects under construction, the conference will also focus on the transformation of
research results to production, and the harmonious development of energy and cities.
