Fabián is an architect with 12 years of experience designing


luxury homes, commercial projects, sports facilities and hotels. He
gets his inspiration from nature and his work reflects a correct
fusion between architecture and its context.
In addition to architecture, he is passionate about graphic
design, which he incorporates into his designs.
He has participated in different seminars and competitions, such
as Mundaneum, Tropical Architecture Biennale 2007, Smart Cities
and Sustainability, Arquigrama 2017, Fassa Bortolo International
Prize for Sustainable Architecture (Italy) with the Hotel Iriria
project, 2010, among others. He has also given talks, including
ARCHITECT "Principles of Sustainable Construction applied from Engineering
FABIAN ARIAS and Architecture in Costa Rica", for the Bachelor of Engineering
@farchitect_cr in Environmental Management program at the National Universi-
ty of Costa Rica.
At a professional level, in addition to developing projects both in
CR and outside the country, he collaborates with national and
international firms in the design and conceptualization of
projects, including Mannucci Arquitectos (CR), Hispanic Deve-
loper (Florida, USA), Himalayan Group Developers ( CR), Strate-
gic Design Studio (CR), Roduga Investments (Bolivia).
He currently works for the firm Koppe+Wong, Seattle, USA. But
architecture is not his only passion, Fabián is the Co-Founder and
graphic designer of the Bienestar Fit Latin America Magazine,
which is the first magazine in the region focused on the promo-
tion of Wellness, whose main objective is to create awareness of
that Well-being is more than a concept…it is a positive state and
lifestyle, through the integral search of being.
His committed and enthusiastic passion for design has led him to
expand his frontiers, increasing his knowledge and leaving a
mark wherever he puts a pencil.

Rocio is an architect with 23 years of experience, designing


residential, commercial, institutional, and corporate projects.
Living, studying, and designing in the countries of Peru, Greece,
Italy, Costa Rica - and currently the United States - has provided
Rocio with a multicultural, multi-artistic vision that she applies to
each project.
She has founded design, construction, and project management
ARCHITECT companies during her career; among them: Constructora Milleni-
ROCIO CRIALES um S.A, Orion Environments S.A, and Project Management Elite
Alliance SAC, in which she has held the position of CEO.
She has led teams throughout all phases of architectural projects
- large and small. She has expertise in all phases of design and
construction, from concept, project development, bidding,
permitting, project management, and turnkey delivery.
Together with Architect Fabian Arias, "RS2bB, Architecture Firm"
was founded. RS2bB develops projects for Latin America and the
United States in partnership with local architects and representa-
tive firms to satisfy permitting regulations specific to the require-
ments of each country or region.

Stage 1 - Preliminary Studies

Site | Visit to the site and analysis of its particularities (orientation, winds, sunlight, views, among

Stage 2 - Branding & Logo

We propose the concept creation. A concept goes a long way beyond the name, in the sense that
proposes a personality for the project. This personality is based on a central theme, from which
emerge all extensions of the brand. .As part of this concept should propose a gra-phic style, a brand
behavior moodboard even an embryonic idea of communication and shopping experience.
The concept must permeate all spheres of the product and impact at the core, scaled-up, and
meta levels product. Each part of the product shall include elements that are related to the brand,
to thus strengthening the positioning. when there is a common thread of the brand that appears in
all product levels becomes much easier the generation of emotional urgency and the customer
recall.

It includes:

Stage 3 - Preliminary Design

First stage in which it is essential to define an architectural concept and then work together, with
open and clear communication, in a process of interactions until reaching the best possible solu-
tion that takes into account all the factors involved and that satisfies 100% to the owners.

It includes:

a- Development of the architectural concept in drawings


b- Architectural distribution plans with heights and annotations at the preliminary project level
design
c- Internal views and architectural sections at the preliminary project level design
d- 3D model of the project showing the different finishes and materials proposed throughout the
process
e- Internal and external renderings showing the space for better client compression in draft
quality
f- 6 final quality renderings
g- Coordination meetings during the development and design of the preliminary project

Stage 4 - Construction Plans

In this stage, the architectural design, the structural, electrical and mechanical design are inte-
grated for the project, in addition, the architectural details, finishes of floor, walls and ceilings,
lighting details, various details, as well as the detailed definition of the materials to use. The set of
plans to be delivered contains all the information necessary for the correct implementation con-
struction site.

It includes:

1. Architectural plans such as bounded construction plans, views, sections, plan of ceilings,
plan of roofs, details various construction and bathroom and kitchen extensions.
2. Electrical plans such as lighting plant and electrical notes.
