1. Perform the torsion test on the given specimen to find the Modulus of rigidity

2. Conduct Rock well hardness test on given specimens.

3. Perform the compression test on the given spring and find out its stiffness and rigidity modulus.

4. Conduct tension test on mild steel specimen and draw the stress strain curve and mark the salient
points.

5. Find the hardness of the given material using Brinell hardness testing machine.

6. Conduct a compressive test on the given open coil helical spring and determine the shear stress,
rigidity modulus and strain energy stored in the specimen.

7. Determine the Tension behaviour of the given specimen.

8. Determine the Hardness number of two metals among mild steel and brass.

9. Determine ultimate tensile stress of the given test specimen

10. Determine the Modulus of rigidity of mild steel

11. Determine co-efficient of various minor losses in a pipe.

12. Perform the characteristics study of a Centrifugal pump.

17. Perform the characteristics study of a reciprocating pump.

18. Compare the Actual and Theoretical forces exerted for stationary vanes (Normal and Inclined
plates).

19. Determination of the position of the metacentre relative to the centre of buoyancy.

20. Determine the friction factor when the fluid flows through the pipe.
