Touch Exercise

Set-Up Materials Time

Purpose:
Practice various kinds of touch with partner to learn how your

partner enjoys being aroused.

Directions:
Bring consciousness into your touch. Consider your hands and how they
move and feel. Try to bring connection from your hands to that part on
you or your partner whom you are touching. *Oils and lubes are nice
touches to incorporate.

Spectrum of Sensation
Consider the following spectrum of sensation for how soft, light, deep

or hard your touch can be.

Communicate with your partner what TYPE of touch feels good, and

what NUMBER value you want to accompany each type.

Gear 1: Affectional Touch: clothes-on

Stoplight of Pleasure Zones Game


Touch, kiss, rub, or embrace various parts of the body. As you explore
different zones of pleasure from head to foot, indicate how it feels
using stoplight colors.

Red means stop — not interested.

Yellow means neutral — go slow and explore, but be


ready to stop if needed.

Green means yes.
