SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF ADANTE, PIŇAN, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE HELD ON
JULY 5, 2023 AT THE BARANGAY SESSION HALL

ABSENT: None

CALL TO ORDER: The session was called to order by Honorable Aljun C. Ebanay, the
Presiding officer at 1:00 in the afternoon followed by an invocation lead by Honorable Chito G.
Bagor and followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem.

ROLL CALL: The secretary called the roll and all members were present, therefore, the
Presiding officer declared an existence of quorum.

READING AND CORRECTION OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES: The secretary read the
previous minutes lat 2nd regular session and is motioned to approved by Honorable Baby Jane D.
Bagalanon duly seconded by Honorable Aeron Kenneth T. Bagor.

PRESIDING OFFICER’S TIME: There will be an upcoming Seminar on July 10-12, 2023 at
the Villa Pablea Mountain Resort, Rizal, Zamboanga del Norte and this will be attended by
Honorable Baby Jane D. Bagalanon and Honorable Jornel G. Idanio as the BMO, and Mr. Jade
P. Pahoway as the SK Treasurer.

PRIVILEGE HOUR: None

MESSAGE AND COMMUNICATION: The Presiding officer read the communication from
the SK Provincial Federation President subject, re: Preparatory Workshop on Transition of
incumbent SK Officials (First Batch under the SK Reform Law of 2015). The Workshop will be
on July 10-12, 2023 at the Villa Pablea Mountain Resort, Rizal, Zamboanga del Norte. The
Registration fee per participant is amounting to Php7, 300.00 out from the 10% SK fund.

: Honorable Baby Jane D. Bagalanon said that we will see if there is
enough fund for them to attend the said workshop.

: Honorable Jornel G. Idanio, the BMO ask the SK Treasurer to have a

Snapshot for the fund in the SK Account so that we can budget for the upcoming workshop.

ADJOURNMENT: There will be no other business to be taken up the session was adjourned by
Honorable Chariza Mae E. Saloma duly seconded by Honorable Kimberly M. Acopio at 2:00 in
the afternoon.
