Hello Jackson, its nice to read through your introduction. Basically, we appear to have been

thinking the same concerning this course because I too thought we were coming towards its

end. Also, I am happy to hear that OLCU 650 was your favorite. Fundamentally, I also loved

OLCU 650 and OLCU 600 and I have learned a lot through them. Of course, we are almost

completing this program, but the most important thing is not just completing it, but making a

change to the society based on the knowledge and skills that we have so far acquired.

Good Afternoon Dennis, it is nice to read through your introduction. I have realized that

people had developed some sort of boredom towards this program and wished the last class

could mark its end, I too thought the same. However, it consider important to put the same

strength, motivation, and commitment towards this class for I know we are not far from

reaching the end.

Hello Anthony, thanks for your introductory remarks. Of course, I also thought this class

would mark the end of my Master program, little did I know that Master in organizational

leadership entails a lot. Nevertheless, I consider it important to remain highly motivated now

that ever before because I am sure I am almost done with it. As things stand now, I consider

this course to have been highly effective to me as a person, and to my career as a human

resource specialist. I am sure I will be able to make tremendous change in my organization in

the long run.
