    The Kalka Institute for Research and Advanced Studies held an orientation program for newly admitted B.Ed students on October 12, 2022 from 9am to 11:30am/12pm in the common lecture hall. The principal highlighted important teacher qualities like confidence, leadership, attitude, communication skills, and discipline in his welcome address. An encouraging speech was also given by the head of the BCA department about enhancing skills and learning about career opportunities. The faculty members familiarized students with the academic curriculum, examinations, sports, co-curricular activities, discipline, and the library. An introductory student session was also held for students to get to know each other.

    ORIENTATION PROGRAMME FOR THE YEAR 2022-24
    REPORT

    Date – 12th October 2022


    Time - 9: am – 11:30/12pm
    Venue – Common Lecture Hall

    KIRAS organized an orientation programme for the newly admitted B.Ed students on 12th
    Oct’22. The major objectives of the programme was to make the students aware of the academic
    aspects of the course, the rules and regulations of the institute.
    The Principal Dr. Mukesh Kumar delivered welcome address by highlighting important qualities of a teacher
    like- Confidence, Leadership, Attitude, Communication skills and most important Discipline. The
    introduction session was followed by an enlightening and encouraging speech by Dr. Rajiv Kumar ; HOD
    (BCA Dept) for enhancing their skills & learning about the various ways to enhance their career.

    The faculty members familiarized students with all the aspects of the curriculum. They helped students to
    know about Academics, Examination, Sports, Co-curricular activities, Discipline and Library. Followed by an
    introductory session by the students, which helped them to know each other.
