To ensure smooth sailing for your packages as they come our way, kindly
follow the guidelines below.

When should you send your packages?

Regular Shipments
Our air-freighted packages depart our Houston warehouse every Thursday. To
ensure your packages make the trip for the week, please ensure we receive
them latest by 12 noon on Wednesday. 

Expedited Shipments
For premium 72-hour shipments, we will process your packages as soon as we
receive them. This service is only available on special request.

How should you address your packages?

Ecommerce Orders: At the point of purchase
At checkout, please keep your name as the recipient, but input our address as
the point of delivery. Keeping your name as the recipient helps us identify your
parcel for proper forwarding. A sample entry is show below.

If your goods require inspection before onward shipment to the final

destination, kindly inform your supplier to deliver to our Houston address in
your name. In the case of direct shipments from supplier to you, kindly put us
in touch with your supplier and we will handle the intermediate processing, to
ensure your goods get to you.
