The attention of the Commissioner & Inspector Generai, R&S Dept./ The
District Coiiector, Visakhapatnam District/ The District Registrar, Visakhapatnam
District is invited to the reference cited and they are informed that the Hon’bie
High Court of AP in its Orders dated 31.01.2023 in WP.No.15106 of 2016 fied by
Smt. Datia Shanti, W/o D. Subba Raju, Aged about 45 years, Occ: Housemaker,
R/o.Fiat No. 211, C Biock, H,No. 10-3-8/1, Vaisakhi Resideney, Waitair Ward,
Visakhapatnam District has made the foiiowing order:

ORDER:
Having regard to the said instructions, as the properties have
already been de-notifed from the prohibitory properties list
furnished by the Government, this Court feels it appropriate to
dispose of these writ petitions by directing the Sub-Registrar to
receive, process and release the document/(s), as and when they
are presented by the petitioners, as per the provisions of Section
71 of the Act.
Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of. There shall no
order as to costs.
They are, therefore, requested to take necessary action immediateiy on
the orders of the Hon’bie High Court, duiy safeguarding the interests of the
Government and to avoid further iegai compiications in the matter and aiso
furnish a copy of the action taken report to Government for reference.
