AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION

I, Cherry Joie P. Romulo, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and with office address at
Property Company of Friends, # 55 Tinio St. Brgy. Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City, after having been
sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

a. That, I am the authorized representative of PROPERTY COMPANY OF FRIENDS, INC.

(PRO-FRIENDS) a corporation duly organized under the laws of the Philippines, with office
address at PRO-FRIENDS, CENTER # 55 Tinio St. Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City.

b. That in Sangguniang Bayan Resolution dated February 10, 2020 approved the application
for the alteration of plan for the subdivision projects of “Monticello Villas 3” and
“Monticello Villa 5”.

c. That the excluded area in approved Sangguniang Bayan Resolution of Block 12 in

“Monticello Villas 3” is 10,019 sq.m., is hereto attached;

d. That the area in approved Sangguniang Bayan Resolution of Block 12 of “Monticello

Villas 3” in “Monticello Villas 5” is 10,133 sq.m., is hereto attached;

e. That, the said Sangguniang Bayan Resolution the total excluded area of Block 12 in
“Monticello Villas 3” is 10,019 sq.m. instead of 10,133 sq.m., which is the correct one:

f. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts.
