I. Objectives: At the end of the lesson the students are expected to:

Activity
Today, we will have an activity. The name of our activity is CLASSIFY
ME. I have here envelopes, inside are the pictures that you are going to classify
whether it is FILLINGS, COATINGS/ICING or GLAZES. I will group you into
three. Finished or unfinished you have to paste your output in front. Ill give you 5
minutes to finish your task.

The teacher will discuss about the types of Fillings, Coatings/Icing and
Glazes.

Brainstorming. Ask the students regarding to the topic to assess if they
learned before proceeding to the evaluation.
IV. Assessment/Evaluation
In your ½ sheet of paper enumerate the types of fillings, coatings/icing and
glazes and then classify them whether it is a fillings, coatings/icing or glazes.
V. Assignment/Agreement
In your ¼ sheet paper list down the regular and special fillings,
coating/icing and glazes.
