CSC Guidelines Loyalty Award
General Guidelines
A loyalty award is granted to all officials and employees, in the national and
local governments, including those in the SUCs and GOCCs with original
charter, who rendered ten years of continuous and satisfactory service in the
government. The agency where the employee or official completed ten years
of continuous and satisfactory service shall grant the award.
Documentary Requirements
Service Record
Certificate of non-payment from previous office (for transferee)
Certification from the HRO that the claimant has not incurred more than 50
days authorized vacation leave without pay within the 10-year period or
aggregate of more than 25 days authorized vacation leave without pay within
the 5-year period, as the case may be
