How to retrieve a certificate of completion

from Canvas Catalog

1. Navigate to Cognia’s Canvas Catalog at catalog.cognia.org and click Login.

2. Enter the same email and password you used to access your course and click Log In.

3. You should now see your student dashboard.

3a. If you do not see the student dashboard, click the down arrow next to your name and select
Student Dashboard from the drop-down menu.

3b. If you still do not see the student dashboard, contact clientcare@cognia.org for assistance.

4. The Dashboard will show In Progress, Completed, and Not Completed courses. Click on
Completed to view your completed courses.

5. From your completed course list, you can View or Download your certificate and access the
completed course for review purposes.
