women being sent over to start families, they will be able to start farms or plantations
P- The Pov are people on the outside looking in on how backwards their colony is, and
how they aren’t progressing

I- The intended audience are the people in the colonies
P- The purpose of this document was to inform the colonist of the new laws or
amendments
P- The Pov are the levellers and how they view the government should be run

P- The purpose was to inform them of how their government will be run and who will be
allowed to vote and run
P- The Pov is William Penn, who is the leader of the colony. He is viewing this as what
he feels is right for the colony. He is telling the people how he wants it to be run.
