1. Reference: Conference Notice dated December 7, 2022 signed by ADRDA

entitled, “Pre-Procurement Conference”.

2. This pertains to the Pre-Procurement Conference of seven projects with

approved NFA which are subject for Competitive Bidding under R.A. 9184.

3. In this regard, requests for the availability of Conference Room for the said
activity on December 13, 2022 at 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM presided by PCOL HECTOR
G MAESTRAL, ADRDA/BAC Chairman together with the the other BAC Members,
BAC Secretariats and TWGs.
