SIEMENS Software LICENSE SELL (Through Authorized Partner):


1. Connect to the industry for license sale. You can connect to us for license purchase.
2. Technical presentations and software demonstrations to address the requirements.
3. Consulting to the prospects to help them to arrive at their exact license requirement.
4. Help prospects and customer to connect to SIEMENS at right level in case needed.
5. Orientation on the license modules to the customer to begin with the software usage.
6. Support to the customers till ME&S expires & renewal when the current AMC expires.

SUPPORT for SIEMENS Software Issues (license & application support):


1. Issuing the SIEMENS license to the customer and complete installation and configuration.
2. Recommendation to the customer for the certified hardware required for Server and client.
3. Support for installation with brief documentation for self-help to minimize dependency.
4. Answering the application usage related technical queries of the users.
5. Telephonic support (12X6) and on-site support in case needed (at additional cost).
6. If needed co-ordinating the issue with SIEMENS GTAC (Global Technical Access Center).
7. Implementation: Installation, configuration. Software up-gradation and upgrade training.
8. User trainings on NX, Solid Edge and Teamcenter (User and Admin) at additional cost.
9. Periodic Technical Consultation – Assessment of new requirement and recommendations.
10. Invitations to the customers for different events viz. relevant webinars to keep them updated.
11. Preparing useful technical documents for the users for process improvements.

TRAININGS on SIEMENS Application Software - NX CAD, Solid Edge & Teamcenter PDM/PLM:
Corporate Trainings on the different applications:
1. Solid Edge: a. Part Modeling, b. Assemblies, c. 2D Drafting, d. Sheet Metal
2. NX: a. Part Modeling, b. 2D Drafting, c. NX Assemblies, d. Curves, e. Surfaces
3. Training on some specific modules in Solid Edge and NX (PMI, Routing, PTS etc.)
4. Training on Teamcenter usage administration (with as is implemented TC)

Only Tech Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract):

1. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) to support Solid Edge, NX and Teamcenter.

Consulting for Renewals:


1. Resolution through consulting for the licenses not under AMC by co-ordinating with SIEMENS
or the authorized SIEMENS partner.
