II. Replace CYCLONIC FILTER element
III. AIR MAIZE- I
1. Remove, clean all Air Maize Panels & change gaskets
2. Check Foundation & Mounting bolts for their tightness
IV. AIR MAIZE- II : Fit, tight and fill oil in all air maize panels.
Check Foundation and mounting bolts for tightness
V. Change Conventional After Cooler, its O-ring & gasket
VI. TURBO SUPER CHARGER
Remove & refit Alco 720 TSC in case WDM 2 loco & Alco 350 C
in case of WDS6 loco
VII. WATER PUMP
1. Remove water pump and send to QC PR
2. Collect & fit overhauled water pump.
VIII. WATER INLET ELBOW
Renew water inlet elbow water hoses
IX. ENGINE BLOCK-II
1 Check Valve Levers & Equalising Yokes
2 Check & adjust Tappet - Phasing
3 Fit overhauled Engine over speed trip device (OSTA)
4 Open and cleaned Cam Gear nozzle pipes and ensure
continuity of lube oil flow through them
5 Check wear of Torsion spring rack bar shaft & bearing assembly
6 Check & adjust Rack setting, Oil them
7 Clean all Injector seats, fit overhauled Injectors & Torque
them at 55 ft.lbs.
8 Fit CCE Motor joint & elbow
9 Carry out hot engine and note cooling time (max. 6
minute) from 85 - 65°C temperature drop on 4th Notch

X. RTTM BLOWER
1. Check and adjust alignment of ‘V’ belts.
2. Check the condition and adjust alignment of belts. Measure
& record ‘V’ belts tension by belt tension gauge.
3. Change Right Angle Gear Box oil
XI. 1 Remove and fit overhauled Lube oil By-pass valve, Relief
and Regulating Valve
2 Fit overhauled Universal Shaft
3 Change Water Glow Rod
4 Centrifuge oil cleaner: Open filter bowls, remove dirt
deposits, clean with kerosene & re-assemble. Change ‘O’
rings & gasket of cut-off valve
5 Clean lube oil (LO) Filter Housing exterior, change paper
filters & filter ring, clean the sump, screen and replace sump
oil.
6 Fit tested/ new fuel Cross-Over flexible pipe/Other fuel
flexible pipes and hydraulic hoses

Write defects noticed and action taken against below in Non-Schedule repair table, Put () mark on the check box
(CB) against each item if the same has been checked.
