The next thing is to touch the seting symbol

It will ask you for the code, which is 044485,

We go to system settings and then


We have to click here

After clicking yes, we have to go to the customers screen where we will be able to see all the
information about the diagnostic of the total of the doors that we have on the drawer.

We can also do other test, like turning on and off the lights, one of the thing that is very useful in
case the employees have to get the pizza and do it quick, they wont hurt themselves with the
doors, because all of they have a sensor that wont allow to close it until they take out the finger, to
avoid accidents.

REPLACING CAM.
When you work with the security disk,it is very important that the zelenoid, is not touching the
security disk, you can adjust the zelenoid loosing the screws.
So that we can make sure the door is opening correctly.

This is the security that will prevent the door to be open.


what happen if the member forces the door to be open, it is
that the security disk will become defective and start failing.

If the member forces to try to open it, they will also damage the zelenoid, one thing
to remember is that its not cover on a warranty, if they send someone to change it,
you will be charged.

To remove the security disk, we have to make sure the equipment is not connected to a power
outlet.
First we have to remove the tension

And then to get the cam out we need a screw


Then you replace the old for the new security disk and slide it in D form.

Make sure to put it this way.

INITIALIZATION DOOR ISSUES TROUBLESHOOTING

Now the process of initialization is the next one, once the machine is connected, the customers
screen will show the following.

There are three processes, the first is to identify all of the doors, the second it is to
localize all of the doors and assign them a number, number three is just too identify the firmware it
is uptodate.
If at the beginning of initializating the equipment, we have a problem with number 2 or 3, it means
that we have an issue with one of the doors.

Now lets talk about the part where we find this in the left side of the machine, taking the cover off.

We have to be able to see the led light in all of them, if a led light it is no working, it means
we do have an issue.

We have to check all of the cards are well connected to the cables, basically check that every single
cable it is connected properly.

they did a simulation about a door not working, and the board show some interrogatives
When we see this the first thing they tell us is that we have to check in the right panel if everything
is connected properly.

In this example we can see that there is not any light on on the door number three.

In case the problem is the issue, we have to take it out very carefully, making sure we do not
damage the marker.

sometimes the issue isthat the cards or mother card gets full of dirt, we have to be very carefully
and check about it.
other commun issue is that the marker is disajusted from the sensor, to fix that we have to only
use a screwdriver.

MOTOR CONTROL SIDE DOOR REPAIR TROUBLESHOOTING

When we confirm the zelenoid is not doing click, we are gonna come back to the board on the
right side, and check the cables are connected properly, to change the cables to their right
position, we have to turn off the machine and make the right connections.

REPLACE ENTIRE DOOR ASSEMBLY


To replace the whole door complete we need to follow some steps, which are the following
you do not have to take anything from the old door everything comes with the new one, so that
the change can be done successfully.
to acces to it we have to remove thepanel that is on the back part of the machine, to determine
the cause that is causing a damage on the lights

We always have to check the screen, so we can make sure and check the problems the machine

The next step is to disconnect all the lights and the cables from the card

Fisrt disconnect one cable and turn the machine on, if the error continues, disconnects the second
cable and turnon the machine again ,to check if the issue persist, then we have to disconnect the
controller and put it on the card before the last one, and check if the issue persist, continue doing
so until we can know what the issue is.
Once we identify the controller that is damaged, we have to remove both screws, that are adjusted
to the controller, when we see any issue with the lights what we have to do is the following.

TOP OF PORTAL ELECTRONICS TROUBLESHOOTING REPAIR


On the upper side there is a metallic plate that we have to remove, with four screws

Right here we can see all of the elements that are part of the machine, and helps it to work in a
proper way.

After that we can check all the coolers are connected to this panel
